Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Flight Club FPV website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Program Enrollment and Fees
Flight Club FPV is an application-only program. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Program fees are communicated upon acceptance and must be paid according to the agreed schedule. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy (see Section 3).
3. Refund Policy & Income Guarantee
Our $1,000 Income Guarantee is subject to specific conditions, including but not limited to: full completion of all required program phases, active participation in coaching calls and community activities, and diligent application of taught strategies. Full details of the guarantee and any applicable refund conditions will be provided in your enrollment agreement. Generally, program fees are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access to proprietary information.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flight Club FPV and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Flight Club FPV.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) share your account access with any third party.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Flight Club FPV makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties. In no event shall Flight Club FPV be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
